AMBULATORY CARE STRATEGIC SERVICES
» Develop integrated networks of outpatient and free standing ambulatory practices and services
» Evaluate and develop market strategies to locate, position and operate cost-effective ambulatory services    and practices, making them attractive to payors and managed care organizations.
» Develop physician options for individual and group practices.
» Assist in developing compliance with applicable laws, appropriate legal structures and successful financial   modeling.

OPERATIONAL ANALYSIS
» Perform operational analysis of existing practices with the goal of increasing profitability
» Provide predevelopment, turnkey development and ongoing management support for ambulatory services    working to gain market share and serve payors and managed care organizations.
» Perform valuations for acquisitions and /or joint ownership opportunities for ambulatory businesses.
» Negotiate managed care contracts for ambulatory care practices.

PREDEVELOPMENT

» Financial feasibility analysis with preparation of preliminary floor scheme and design.
» Financing land, buildings, and equipment.
» Assist in preparation of all required legal documents and offering materials necessary for joint ownership    ventures.
» Develop appropriate legal structures for joint ventures.
» Market syndications or joint ventures to local partners
» Develop business financial structure
» Provide architectural and contractor specifications for submission to proper authorities for approval.

DEVELOPMENT

» Operating policies, procedures, manuals and systems for licensing and certification
» Systems for the business office (billing and receiving, general ledger, computer, financial and managerial    control)
» Equipment and furnishings planning and acquisition
» Group purchasing of medical supplies and drugs
» Produce advance opening and other promotional materials and patient information
» Develop personnel polices and employee compensation packages, recruit and train staff
» Establish insurance, risk management and continuous quality improvement programs
» Develop first year budget with goals and performance objectives

» Set standards and monitor performance of management, recommend intervention as needed

AMBULATORY CENTER MANAGEMENT
» Monthly review of all costs and recommend adjustments
» Help assure profit margins are met or exceeded
» Develop or manage annual budget, goals and objectives
» Review contractual relationships to ensure they are necessary, lucrative and appropriate
» Work with site manager to review personnel and staffing issues, improve conditions
» Expand service mix by introducing market-driven services
