» Perform valuations for acquisitions and /or joint

» Negotiate managed care contracts for ambulatory

» Financial feasibility analysis with preparation
of preliminary floor scheme and design.
» Financing land, buildings, and equipment.
» Assist in preparation of all required legal documents
and offering materials necessary for joint ownership ventures.
